Node A
First mile and sorting
The origin provider receives parcels through pickup, drop-off or fulfillment, then inspects, consolidates and sorts them before export.

Package preparationSeller shipment, security check, X-ray, consolidation, destination country and channel.
Handoff: sealed Handling Units, such as Gaylords or Big Bags, transferred to the international carrier.
Node B
International linehaul
The international provider moves sealed HUs from the origin warehouse to the airport, manages export flow and flies the cargo to destination.
Main data
Air cargo movementExport customs, MAWB, pre-alert documents, flight, departure and arrival events.
Handoff: arrived cargo delivered to the destination customs agent for import clearance.
Node C
Customs and transfer
The destination customs provider processes pre-alerts, nationalizes the cargo and keeps Mercado Livre and authorities updated on holds.

Import clearanceImport declarations, tax payment, buyer quota validation, customs release and hold visibility.
Handoff: released cargo transported to the Mercado Livre logistics hub, the injection point for Node D.
Node D
Last mile delivery
A local carrier or Melinet receives already-cleared parcels and executes the domestic route to the buyer's address.

Delivery executionLocal label, routing, carrier status, delivery attempts, Proof of Delivery and SLA outcome.
Handoff: final buyer delivery confirmed with POD or signature, closing the tracking lifecycle.
